Meet Kate

Kate Cardinal is a certified Master Herbalist, Horticulturist and former Landscape Designer. Throughout the years, Kate was drawn to the great outdoors as long as the sun was shining! As a horticulturist her fascination with plants grew to encompass the medicinal qualities when her favorite aunt healed Kate’s abscessed tooth with the application of a single white clover flower! How cool is that! Then the unfortunate loss of several close family members to cancer inspired her to study herbalism formerly. Kate has studied both herbalism and alternative medicine extensively for eight years. Her love of the outdoors and her Cree Heritage have fostered an eternal Respect, Kinship and an Intimate Relationship with Mother Earth and the many blessings of food and medicine which she has bestowed on us. Kate has led several herb walks and thoroughly enjoys sharing holistic remedies for the well-being of all people and their beloved pets.
